A team representing Central Upstate and "NY Loves Cleantech" is headed to Phoenix from November 11 to 13 for the world's largest conference and expo on green building technologies.  Sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council, the event features Al Gore as the headline speaker, and will be attended by thousands of people from around the globe who are committed to the principles of sustainable building design and construction.

The Central Upstate "Green Team" will be at Booth 1309 for the event.   See the conference agenda at:

Central Upstate NY has a strong connection to the U.S. Green Building Council.  Some early key members came from the Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, and the US GBC is headed by Rick Fedrizzi, a Syracuse native.  (Photo:  Rick Fedrizzi in Syracuse at opening of HB2009 and the SyracuseCoE Opp Ex at the OnCenter in September 2009)
