NYPA brings its Great Lakes Offshore Wind (GLOW) outreach to Syracuse this week for a forum with developers and suppliers of wind components.  New York State has a strong wind industry, and a robust infrastructure to support wind energy development.  The DEC maintains a list of existing and proposed wind projects in NYS, with available websites.  Here is that list, updated as of June 2010:
